RAWALPINDI: Two teenage boys were gunned down in the limits of Ratta Amral police on Wednesday night.

According to the initial police report, Saad and his friend Haseeb had a dispute with a man who later shot them dead and escaped.

The bodies of the two friends were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital for postmortem.

Meanwhile, three motorcycle riders who attempted to scuffle with a traffic warden in Kallar Syedan on Thursday were arrested for legal proceedings.

A spokesman for traffic police said the incident occurred when the warden signaled the motorcycle riders to stop after observing traffic violations. The official asked them for the registration book and driving licence.

Instead, the bike riders offered resistance and attempted to scuffle with the warden after an exchange of hot words.

Chief Traffic Officer Naveed Irshad took notice of the incident and directed to take the two persons into custody and shift them to the police station.
