Man killed as truck runs over motorcycle

SUKKUR: A man was killed when a goods-laden truck ran over his motorcycle near new bus terminal here on Sunday.

Police officials said that 23-year-old Waqar Ali Mahar, who was a resident of Burkan in Shikarpur district, met the accident in the jurisdiction of Tamachani police station.

The truck driver and cleaner escaped after the accident and police shifted the dead body to Sukkur Civil Hospital for post mortem. The vehicles were impounded by police.
