THATTA: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that the curriculum in Sindh is ‘good enough’ and the federal government’s unified educational curriculum across the country is not acceptable while the federal government has not taken Sindh province into confidence in this regard as well.

The announced one was the curriculum of the PTI and the discussions on it were going on with the federation in this regard since long, he said.

The CM was talking to journalists after offering his condolences to the PPP district Sujawal president and MPA Muhammad Ali Malkani on the recent demise of his mother in village Raj Malik and to the family of PPP Sujawal district information secretary Suraj Sujawali and visiting former provincial minister Ghulam Qadir Malkani in Begna Mori on Tuesday. “We think every region has its own system while some things may be the same and we are striving to provide better education to children of Sindh based on our experiences,” he added.

Replying to a question on water shortage, he claimed that the water accord was not being implemented by the federation and the Sindh government had taken a stand on water distribution. He said that Chashma-Jhelum Link and Taunsa Panjnad canals were flowing even now and if these canals had been closed there would not be such scarcity of water in Sindh.
