LAHORE: Traders on Monday rejected the restrictions imposed by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) in Lahore and other major cities.

“We think that both the PM and the NCOC are not on a same page on the issue of lockdown, restrictions etc. If they are on the same page, why is the PM is opposing the lockdown restrictions in Sindh province,” All Pakistan Anjuman Tajiran General Secretary Naeem Mir said in a press release.

He questioned the PM to explain how can coronavirus spread be controlled by reducing timing of the markets. “While you have sufficient vaccine, why you are not making the people vaccinated swiftly,” he added.

He urged the government to better run a campaign to vaccinate people more and more with the help of traders.
