LAHORE: A sessions court on Friday issued notices to police and the complainant on post-arrest bail petition of PML-N MNA Javed Latif in a case of inciting people against the state institutions.
After hearing initial arguments of Latif’s counsel, Additional District and Sessions Judge Hafeezur Rehman issued notices to the complainant and the police for their replies till June 7.
Township police registered an FIR on the complaint of citizen Jameel Saleem under sections 120/120B, 153/153A, 500, 505(i)(B) and 506 of Pakistan Penal Code.
