HYDERABAD: A 13kg Indus dolphin caught by a resident of Tando Allahyar a few days back died on Sunday apparently because he did not report the catch to the wildlife department.

He had shared his video message on the social media which went viral after he, according to him, caught the dolphin at Merea Khori Shakh in Chambar, a system of left bank Rohri canal. In his five-day-old video message, he offered the piece to anyone who needed it for “treatment of certain ailments”.
