Reference to the news report ‘Humza’s resignation leaves PFF NC in flux and FIFA with decision to make’, Manizeh Zainli’s lawyers have stated that “Mr. Humza Khan attempted to illegally terminate Ms. Manizeh Zainli’s employment, in violation of the law, the PFF constitution, and her contract with PFF. This was challenged before the civil court in Lahore, at which point the PFF undertook before the Court that no decision on termination had been taken. The very next day, Ms. Zainli was issued an illegal termination notice due to which contempt of court proceedings are now in progress”.
