The Edhi Foundation will hand over a cheque worth $0.3 million to the Chinese consul-general in Karachi on Tuesday, the foundation's head Faisal Edhi told Dawn.com. The funds are meant to help the Chinese government in its efforts to combat the novel coronavirus which has "become an epidemic in China".
Edhi added that his foundation will also donate $0.2 million each to Italy and Iran to aid their efforts in combatting the virus.
