KARAK DEVELOPMENT: The District Development Advisory Committee (DDAC) chairman Asia Saleh Khattak has alleged that JUI-F lawmakers from Karak are a stumbling block to the district’s development.

Talking to mediapersons on Wednesday, she said the provincial government of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf was striving to bring all the underdeveloped areas at par with developed regions.

The DDAC chairman was of the opinion that the lawmakers of JUI-F were involved in postponement of interviews for recruitment of Class-IV employees in health department as they wanted to get their blue-eyed persons recruited on the posts.

She insisted that the Class-IV employees would be recruited on merit. She asked the lawmakers to work for development of the district.

Ms Khattak claimed that she had conveyed all the burning issues of the district to Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, and expressed the optimism that he would provide funds for the district’s uplift.
