LAHORE: A five-member Pakistan junior golf team reached Da Nang, Vietnam to participate in the four-day Faldo Series Asia Grand Final, which is to start at the Laguna Lan Co Golf Course on Wednesday.

The team comprises of three boys — M. Arsalan (U-21), M. Saqib (U-18-years) and Damil Ataullah (U-16) — and two girls namely Humna Amjad (U-16) and Rimsha Ijaz (U-21).

Dr Asma Shami, who heads affairs of ladies golfers in the Pakistan Gold Federation (PGF), will accompany the team as the manager.

The players attended a four-day training camp at the Defence Raya Golf Course here before their departure for the tournament. During the camp, Brig (R) Bajwa served as the golf coach while Max Babri helped the players with their mental approach.
