EDUCATION brings progress and prosperity in a country. It also warrants for good healthcare and self-respect for citizens without discrimination. No country today can afford to overlook the importance of quality education. History is witness that different civilisations flourished because of quality education. Unfortunately Pakistan has not come up to the people’s expectations because our education system is wanting.

The West and Japan have brought tremendous and rapid advancement in education that has made the education of the underdeveloped countries obsolete. The recent development in robot technology shows the developing countries will have to improve their education system.

Education in the country needs immediate revamp and overhaul at all stages particularly primary education. The syllabi need drastic change as today’s child functions with mobile and smart phones. Therefore the religious institutions enrolling children need induction of science and technology to enable their students to join tomorrow’s nation.
