PTCL: billing anomaly

Published

I HAVE been receiving charges of unknown phone number 051-9108327 for the last four months on my number 051-5150810.

The charges amount to Rs100 to Rs200 each month. Mostly the calls that are listed on my bill are made at very odd times; either late in the night or midnight.

I have complained to the PTCL many times and also visited the telephone exchange to register my complaint. But the attitude of the PTCL staff is indifferent. They said that I should pay the bill and they would investigate later. This has been happening for the last four months.

The PTCL top officials should investigate my complaint, rectify the fault and adjust the excessive billing.
