THE Sindh Public Service Commission issued a notification which announced that the screening examination for CCE-19 will be held on Dec 9. I am quite confused.

The reason for my confusion is that the CCE-18 examination will start from Nov 5 and conclude 20 days later.

There is a high probability that the candidates who will appear in CCE-18 will most likely also appear in CSS 2019. These candidates will also be preparing for the exam which will be held in February 2019. Surely the SPSC has its reasons, nonetheless this decision will put candidates appearing in two competitive examinations in a quandry.
