Child killed in accident

TAXILA: A child has lost his life while six persons of the same family were injured in a road accident on Hazara road on Saturday.

The family was going from Hassanabdal to Haripur when their car collided with a roadside tree as the driver lost control over the vehicle due to speeding.

Resultantly, one child was killed and six others were injured including the couple and their four daughters.

The dead and injured were shifted to THQ hospital from where the injured were shifted to DHQ hospital Rawalpindi due to their critical condition. The Hassanabdal police have registered a case and started further investigation.
