KARACHI: The weekly Gymkhana race meeting that was scheduled to take place at the Karachi Racecourse on Saturday has been cancelled due to persistent heatwave in the city.
“Yes the meting has been cancelled due to heatwave to avoid any mishap,” a spokesman for the Karachi Race Club (KRC) said on Friday.
He said the next Gymkhana race meeting will be held on June 26.
