LAHORE: The Pakistan team after winning one silver and two bronze medals in the Asian Modern Pentathlon returned home on Thursday from Kazakhstan.

Michael Faisal Ijaz earned silver medal in the individual event comprising three sports namely swimming, running and shooting. The team of Azlan Khan, Taimur Kashif, Abdullah Aamin, Mustafa Ibrahim, Zain Younus, Hasan Khalid, Shamir Aziz, Rehan Adeel, Salman Almas and Ramin Adeel earned two bronze medals in the event of biathlon.

Pakistan Modern Pentathlon Federation (PMPF) secretary Zahur Ahmad said earlier Pakistan players had also earned medals in a world level competition held in the US.
