KARACHI: Breezy knocks from Naved Sarwar and Ahsan Ali guided National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) to a clinical eight-wicket victory against State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) in the latest fixture of the fourth Naya Nazimabad Karachi Kings Ramazan Cup T20 Cricket Tournament at the Lawai Cricket Stadium here on Tuesday night.

Naved, adjudged man-of-the-match, made an unbeaten 59 off only 25 balls with four sixes and seven boundaries, while Ahsan hit a 39-ball 51 with the aid of five fours and two sixes as NBP romped home to 155-2 in 17.2 overs.

Earlier, Mukhtar Ahmed struck a dazzling 83 but despite his innings, SBP managed a modest 152-8. Mukhtar slammed four massive sixes and as many fours during his 56-ball effort while putting on 100 for the third wicket with Daniyal Rajput (34).
