KARACHI: Three-year-old bay filly Panama Secret is among four horses who will make their debut in the Gymkhana race meeting which takes place at the Karachi Racecourse on Sunday.

The day’s races coincides with the advent of Ramazan.

Owned by Syed Sibghatullah Pir Pagara, Panama Secret has been drawn alongside seven other contenders in the scale order I, II, III and IV combined race to be run over five furlongs. It is the fifth and concluding race and the feature event.

Three other horses who will make their debut include bay horse Mission Possible, mare Saltanat and mare Zareen. They are placed in the second race of the day, scale order VIII-A to be contested over four-and-a-half furlongs.

Meanwhile, The Summer Cup figures prominently in a five-race card. To be contested over five furlongs, it has attracted half-a-dozen horses.

The first race starts at 2.30pm.
