KARACHI: Eighty-five Indian fishermen were arrested on Sunday on charges of illegally fishing in the territorial limits of Pakistan, said Shoukat Ali, SHO of the Docks police station.

Pakistan Maritime Security Agency apprehended the fishermen when they were fishing in the sea limits of Pakistan and seized 14 boats from them.

They were later handed over to the police for further legal action, added the officer.

They are likely to be presented before court on Monday (today).
