Power theft

Published February 28, 2017

HERE is a suggestion for the DHA, Karachi, and Cantonment Board, Clifton (CBC) These days K-Electric is carrying out the replacement of the old distribution network with a new one having insulated cables to prevent power theft.

The DHA and the CBC should install photoelectric cell for each streetlight to switch on at the sunset and switch off at the sunrise or replace the streetlight fixture with a built-in photoelectric cell at the top of the light fixture.
