KARACHI: Medical workshop

KARACHI, Dec 18: At least 120 Pakistani doctors based in America will participate and deliver lectures in a three-day workshop being hosted by the Sindh Medical College in collaboration with the Association of Pakistani Physicians, North America (APNA).

The workshop would be held from Dec 22 to 24, said President SMC Alumni, North America, Dr Rizwan Naeem, here on Thursday at a press conference.

He said that the SMC Alumni Foundation of Education and Research (SAFER) would hold workshops all over the country about Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Paediatric Life Support (PALS), and from the next year APNA members would be visiting Pakistan on a regular basis to deliver lectures to doctors and provide free treatment to needy patients.—APP
