BUNER: ANP provincial president Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has said the party would mobilise people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to safeguard their rights in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, which he claimed had now become China-Punjab Economic Corridor.

Speaking at a workers’ convention here on Monday, he came down hard on PTI chief Imran Khan for ‘indulging’ in politics of confrontation to the detriment of the KP people.

He alleged that the provincial government was being run from Banigala and precious time was being wasted on sits-in and protests.

Mr Hoti said the masses were fed up with the PTI, adding the KP government was facing financial crisis. He said the ongoing development schemes in Buner district had been initiated by the ANP provincial government.

ANP provincial general secretary Sardar Hussain Babak and deputy general secretary Aimal Wali Khan also spoke on the occasion.
