Shah to face Elmar

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani judoka Shah Hussain Shah will be head-to-head against world no. 2 Azerbaijan’s Gasimov Elmar on Saturday in the Grand Prix at Korea.

Shah will face Elmar in -100kg weight category.

A total of 70 countries are participating in the event with a total of 418 athletes in which 236 are male and 182 are female, says a press release issued here.

Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) secretary general Masood Ahmed said all best athletes of the world participate in the event as it is the qualifying round for 2016 Olympic Brazil.
