PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court on Thursday ordered transfer and posting of 91 judicial officers, including 18 district and sessions judge, 23 additional district and sessions judges, 16 senior civil judges and 34 civil judges, in the province.

According to an order released by PHC Registrar Ayub Khan, district and sessions judge (DSJ) Fazal Subhan, who was officer on special duty (OSD) at the high court, was posted as the high court member of inspection team.

Another DSJ Mohammad Asif, serving as additional registrar of the high court, was transferred and posted to the same post at Abbottabad Circuit bench.

Additional registrar at Abbottabad Iqbal Khan was transferred and posted to the PHC, Peshawar, as OSD for his onward posting on an ex-cadre post. Similarly, DSJs in Karak and Mardan, Liaquat Khan Marwat and Sajjad Ahmad respectively, were transferred and posted as OSDs to the high court.

The high court also transferred and posted 15 newly promoted DSJs.

They included Aurangzeb Khattak from PHC as OSD to Mardan; Syed Kamal Hussain from Buner to Karak; Sohail Sheraz Noor Sani from Peshawar to PHC as additional registrar; Rozina Rehman from KP Judicial Academy to PHC as OSD; Asad Hameed Bangash from Mardan to PHC as OSD; Syed Anees Badshah Bukhari from Mansehra to PHC as OSD; Aamer Nazir Bhatti from Nowshera to PHC as OSD; Mohammad Naseem from Takht Bhai (Mardan) to PHC as OSD; Syed Aqeel Shah from Paharpur (DI Khan) to PHC as OSD; Tahir Mehmood from Swabi to PHC as OSD; Aftab Afridi from Tangi (Charssada) to PHC as OSD; Aurangzeb from DI Khan to PHC as OSD, and Mohammad Arshad from Swabi to Kohistan.

Eight additional district and sessions judges (ADSJs) were transferred and posted to different stations in the province.

These judges included Riaz Ahmad from Haripur to Swabi; Mamrez Khan from DI Khan to Tangi; Khalid Khan from Swat to Peshawar; Altafur Rehman from Chitral to KP Judicial Academy as director; Kulsoom Azam from Peshawar to Mardan; Phool Bibi from Peshawar to Abbottabad; Hidayatullah Khan from Abbottabad to Paharpur, and Malik Amjad Rahim from Shangla to Swat.

The PHC also transferred and posted 15 senior civil judges (SCJ), who were recently promoted as ADSJs.

They included Auragzeb Khan from SCJ Peshawar to ADSJ Peshawar; Farzina Shahid from KP Judicial Academy to Peshawar; Ahmad Iftikhar to Nowshera; Ishfaq Ali Haider from Charssada to DI Khan; Aalia Sadia Lodhi from Mardan to DI Khan; Ihteshamul Haq to DI Khan as ADSJ; Sumaira Wali from Swabi to Mansehra; Tanveer Iqbal from Kohat to Shangla; Mohammad Arif from Hangu to Takht Bhai; Amjid Shah from Lakki Marwat to Swat; Ali Gohar from Abbottabad to Peshawar; Shaukat Ahmad Khan to Chitral; Zeba Rasheed from Haripur to Haripur; Asad Ali from Malakand to Shabqadar in Charssada, and Dost Mohammad Khan to Buner.

A senior civil judge at Bannu, Syed Ali Raza, was transferred and posted to Hangu. Furthermore, 15 civil judges, who were recently promoted as senior civil judges (SCJs), were posted to different stations in the province.

They included Ahmad Ahsanullah Qureshi from Peshawar to Charssada; Wadeeya Mushtaq from Peshawar to Mardan; Nadia Syed from CJ Peshawar as SCJ Peshawar; Nusrat Naz from Charssada to Nowshera; Syed Hamid Qasim from Swabi to Swabi; Syed Iftikhar Shah from Swabi to Abbottabad; Lubna Zaman to Bannu; Ajmal Tahir from Swabi to Chitral; Hussan Bano from Swat to KP Judicial Academy as chief of the mediation centre; Abid Zaman to DI Khan; Sadia Andaleeb Lakki Marwat; Saima Asim from Kohat to Haripur; Shabana Mehsud to Kohat; Tufail Ahmad from Peshawar to Batkhela, and Mohammad Asim from Alpuri to Buner.

Also, 34 civil judges were transferred and posted to different stations in the province by the high court.
