ISLAMABAD: The capital police have arrested outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered weapons, stake money and stolen property, police said.

The Khana police raided Barma town and arrested 17 gamblers and also recovered stake money worth Rs90,000.

Similarly, the Sabzi Mandi police recovered arms and ammunition from three persons.

The police also arrested an afghan national under Foreign Act as he was staying in the country without legal documents.

The Nilor police arrested a man and recovered liquor from him.

The Lohi Bher police seized a 30-bore pistol and ammunition from a man.

Meanwhile, the capital police arrested 17 suspects from Banigala area.
