LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court on Monday allowed police to paste proclamations on the residences of Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri and nine other suspects involved in a case of attacking police party lodged by Depalpur City police.

The inspecting officer told the court that neither the suspects joined the investigation nor they were arrested.

He sought court’s permission to paste proclamations on the residences of the suspects as a final notice before any decision. The court allowed the request and asked the IO to submit a progress report on May 10.

The court would issue perpetual arrest warrants for the suspects if they failed to respond to the proclamation within one month.
