PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has ordered transfers and postings of seven officers, including two special secretaries, with immediate effect.

According to a notification issued by the Establishment Department, Syed Kamran Shah (BS-20), special secretary Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RD), has been transferred and posted as special secretary Environment Department.

It said that Asghar Ali (BS-20) was posted as special secretary LG&RD and Mohammad Akbar Khan (BS-20) asked to report to the Establishment Department for further posting. Mohammad Israr (BS-19), project director “Clean Drinking Water for All” Project of LG&RD, has been transferred and posted as secretary Excise & Taxation, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

It said that Dr Mirza Ali Mahsud (BS-19), additional secretary Health Department, would report to the Establishment Department for further posting, while Arshad Majeed Mohmand (BS-18) was posted as coordinator, Governance Support Project, Planning and Development Department on deputation. Masood Younas (BS-18), deputy secretary, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, has been transferred and posted as additional secretary, Health Department. Mohammad Israr (BS-19), secretary Excise &Taxation Department, will also hold the additional charge of the post of special secretary to the chief minister till further orders, it said.
