A panel discussion on ‘Local government polls: Is devolution anathema to political parties?’ with retired Lt Gen Tanwir Naqvi, Farhan Anwar and Ali Cheema, moderated by Leon Menezes, organised by the Herald in collaboration with the Institute of Business Administration on the IBA campus, Garden, at 5pm.

EXHIBITION

An exhibition of new works by Imran Channa opens at the Koel art gallery at 5pm. The exhibition will remain open till April 11.

TALK

A talk by Ahmed Rashid on ‘Apparatus of Jihad: The State of Play’, organised by Habib University at its auditorium, at 5:30pm.

THEATRE

Play Behrupiya to be staged at the Napa auditorium as part of the Napa International Theatre Festival at 8pm.
