KARACHI: Islahuddin-Dr Shah Academy trounced Al Faisal Club 9-1 to earn full points in the Maj Jahanzeb Adnan Shaheed hockey tournament which began at the former’s ground the other day.

Ali Musarrat (4), Ehtesham (3), Nayyar Hyder and Fahim Khan (one each) earned the scoring honours for winners while Momin Ali scored the consolation goal for losers.

Earlier in the opening match, Sherwani Motors trounced Telecom Gymkhana 3-1. Rizwan Khan, Aley Imran and Anas Siddiqui netted a goal apiece for winners while Farhan reduced the deficit for losers.
