Not playing Yasir Shah when Warne considers him to be the best leg spinner in the world today, are they mad? still persisting with Akmal as keeper when he has dropped 4 catches including that of Kohli? and Nasir Jamshed's fielding is a non-issue. I wouldn't be surprised if Zimbabwe wins this.

Was watching Pakistani "experts" discussing on Pak TV their team's loss India. The bulk of them said the Pakistani team is better. and that non-cricketing issues including a Modi-Sharif "understanding" had come into play. Many including Basit Ali said --- to much nodding of heads and knowing smiles from others -- that their players were "bought" (how having a corrupt team is more "acceptable" than an under-prepared team is beyond my comprehension)....
Anyway, waiting for today's performance. Hope a mishap, in case it occurs, won't be attributed to "Indian bookies"...

Honestly Hafeez would have been a better option then Nasir Jamshed. This guy is unfit to play any type of cricket. He needs to lose weight to have some sort of foot work.

1) Take a break from cricket, start from scratch using paper and pen. Only ways to stop the insult of glorious past of Pakistan cricket.
2) Ask Loud mouths to maintain pin drop silence.
3) Start a team by keeping all the current players good or bad outside the consideration.
4) Take player who are educated, believe or not, it make you a thinking cricketer.

Wasim as great as he is, is a poor analyst, his comment: 'well nothing Shehzad could have done on such a good delivery', but if you are sent as an opener, you got to move your feet and perhaps come forward a bit, that's what Shehzad should have done as opined by great Rameez. Pak team of 2019 needs to hire Rameez as their chief cricketing analyst and begin the rebuilding.

Pathetic batting from Misbah. Played 50 dot balls. He takes a single and gives the strike to the new comers, is he expecting the tail-enders to hit the boundaries while he makes his 70-80 runs safely.. Even as an Indian my blood boiled while watching his coward-like batting, what must have been the feelings of Pakistani fans, i wonder.

Pathetic display. The team management and the captain are killing it with their choices and with their approach. Nasir Jamshed should not be near the playing eleven even if you have to leave that spot vacant. Sarfraz must have played instead of Nasir Jamshed and Afridi should have opened with Ahmad Shehzad. Start hitting from the word go and play positive cricket instead of injecting fear in to the players. The worst of it all is going with 4 seamers instead of playing the spinner.

All Misbah critics. If he would have bot scored 73 and held the innings together our team would have been bundled out for less then 150. His innings has given us an outside chance.
He has to be defensive he doesn't have the talent or team to be aggressive. We keep on talking about 1992 WC. Now Compare these 2 teams find me Imran Khan, Javed Miandad, Wasim Akram, Inzimam, Salim Malik and Aamir Sohail in this team? We should accept we lack talent in this team. Misbah is helpless, he is the batsmen performing with the bat.

I don't understand the mentality of Pakistan fans. Misbah scores 73 in 121 balls at strike rate of 60. Ahmed Shehzad, Shahid Afridi, Nasir Jamshed, Haris Sohail, Sohail Khan & Umar Akmal all combined score 67 in 116 balls at strike rate of 57. But people here are blaming Misbah for being slow instead of giving credit to him for waging a lone thankless battle.

I advise you to watch discussions on Pakistani Television (across channels), and how panelists refer to India. The most used adjective for us is "dushman" , even when they are discussing Bollywood movies being screened in Pakistan, or Indian TV soaps being shown on Pak channels.
Compare this with Indian TV anchors....have you heard anyone refer to Pakistan as the enemy?
