It is so disheartening to see my beloved city inundated by this calamity, but alas Indian media has no time for it. First time in life I realized how frustrating it is to be under occupation.

@Shah please start with Multan, Pak occupied Kashmir. People there are waiting for relief from the earthquake and floods of 2010. Charity begins at home

@Shah Mr Shah, Modi has given directions and all relevant departments are working round the clock. Maybe you should also hold your state govt. accountable too? State govt is setup for a reason, you know.
Namaste.

Abdullah family has only fleeced poor Kashmiris but never helped them in distress. Same goes for the separatists and Muftis. Finally, it is the Army, Indian Govt and Indian people who have come forward to help Kashmiri brothers.

Dawn should remove the comments line for Kashmir postings. It only draws crazies from both sides of the border.
Or, better police it.

Indians are the one first to help them. Indian Army evacuated thousands of people. All over India we have donated huge amount of money to PM relief fund and it is being utilized for rehabilitation.

Its a wrong that army, NDRF or even police did any thing for kashmiris .. Army saved cantonment VIPs and special tourists kashmiris where left to their fate.. But thanks to kashmiris brotherhood that helped one another and saved thousands of lives.. Indian Media showed pics of people rescuing in Jammu while pretending it was srinagar ... few people were rescued by army but ppl were ist asked to say jai Hind,,,,,, kashmiris even saved trapped tourists u will not believe those who kill them beat and jail them saved number of army men in sempora pampore ... even gave food to CRPF and police.. Thats kashmir ... Kashmirs want aid but international aid was denied UN help was denied because of so much delay we loss so many lives and r losing number of houses which r still under water we dont have enough pumps thats help from india we r getting.... this flood again showed us who r friends and who r enemies..... govt. was nowhere even after fifteen days.... Allah save kashmir the worst sufferers from two centuries...
