US drone strike kills 7 on Pak-Afghan border

PESHAWAR: Seven suspected militants, including two key commanders of Badr Mansoor group have been killed in a US drone strike on Saturday.

The attack was carried out at Pak-Afghan border on zero line with Pakitika province along South Waziristan Agency.

According to sources, the US drone fired a couple of missiles on a compound near Komal village of Paktika province of Afghanistan.

Sources further stated that those killed have been identified as Aqalzadin and Ikramullah.

There is no confirmation yet from the Afghan government or the CIA which allegedly operates drone operations along Pak-Afghan border.
