Such steps could only be taken by PTI; well done! throw the corrupts out without caring for bad name. This is how the system is cleaned; do not hide the culprits.

When the opposition and general public of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were criticising right from the first month that the ministers of PTI are invloved in massive corruption, no body in the provincial government as well as the common supporters of PTI would accept it. Pervez Khattak & Imran Khan often criticises the plea bargaining amnesty of the NAB and urge them to punish the corrupts. But ironically, PTI govt never provide any proofs of the corruption of QWP ministers and neither they lodge or refer any case against them into the NAB. I think similar will be the treatment with their own sacked ministers. Shaukat Yousafzai and Yaseen Khalil looted the exchequer in the one year of this govt. Now some body else would come and they would loot us as well, and the story will go just like before.

Accountability on Provincial Level will eventually trigger it to National Level. Thanks for setting up the precedent.

Imran khan and PTI in one year has shown how they will not tolerate corruption and poor performance. This is how good people will come and governance will improve, whilst in Punjab, Sind and Balochistan, i.e non PTI provincial governments, the less said the better.

May Allah give them more courage and power to get rid of corrupt officials.

I am glad to see this action. Corruption is in the fabric of our society and it will be naive to think it will not happen within PTI. What I was hoping to be different with PTI is it takes a bold stand against it even when it happens within own ranks and that would be the game changer. Such practices will win confidence of the people and eliminate corruption on larger scale in few years and up profile of the party in the long run. I encourage KPK/PTI government to continue sweeping its own party out of corruption and don't feel shame in it. This is what we need!

Never Sack the people but ask for resignation. Sacking someone always give negative connotation. PTI should understand what the civilization / civic society operate and work. Sacking is very demeaning which raised the question why they have selected these corrupt people at the first place.

I am pretty sure, if some other party fires its corrupt or non performing ministers, PTI Fans will be saying its a drama ..they are all corrupt, he is a scapegoat..and so on... And the party that was going to root out corruption in 90 days has found its own people corrupt after 1 year...and that too once some people made a lot of noise and pressure to do so....wonder how is this revolutionary

I strongly urge PTI to bring forth the corruption and mismanagement cases against both the ministers to general public. I had heard Shuakat Yousafzai in a conference in ISB few months ago and he was all against the corruption in health department. He told cases of people of grade 19, and Grade 20 coming to him and asking him to appoint them as lucrative positions in Hospital administration(MS) and in forest departments which are reserved for lower grade officers. He said he never allowed those appointments because their sole intention was to misuse their positions to embezzle public funds. On the other hand we learnt from people in KPK that their Hospital system have greatly improved. Rich and poor alike could get the medicines from Hospitals at nominal fees and people could call the number posted at the wall to get their grievances heard. Now if Shaukat Yousafzai had done corruption and nepotism then he is biggest liar and con artist. If not PTI please come clean on this and show us what he had done. This will instill trust of people in PTI even more.

I know this is not Japan, but the actions taken will bring hope and confidence. There will always be thieves.
