GWADAR: The Station House Officer (SHO) of Gwadar police station was arrested along with a head constable, gunman and driver on Tuesday. Arrests were made for wrong declaration of the amount of hashish recovered from the house of an offender, police sources said.

SHO Gwadar Gul Hasan raided a house in Shambay Ismail ward to arrest a proclaimed offender and recovered from there around 600kg of hashish. However, instead he showed on record recovery of only 120kg of hashish.

DIG police Mekran range ordered an inquiry in this connection and a sizeable quantity of hashish was recovered from the house of Head Constable Nabi Bakhsh.

Police arrested Gul Hasan, Nabi Bakhsh, driver and gunman of the SHO.
