Nisar bars Nadra employees from contacting foreigners

ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior MInister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Friday barred all employees of the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) from making any contact with foreign nationals, DawnNews reported.

During his visit at the Nadra headoffice in Islamabad, the interior minister also ordered an audit of all regional offices of the organisation.

Nisar further said that 361 ghost employees had been detected in Nadra and the payment of their salaries had been stopped.

He further said that the services 12 Nadra employees were terminated for issuing illegal Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs).

Talking about the peace talks between the government and the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Nisar said that there had been progress on the issue which had entered a sensitive stage now.

He further said that direct mediation between the two sides would take place soon.

All i know that the indigenous people of Punjab and Potoharis in general will become a minority in the coming decade in Potohar and just like Sher Shah and Ahmed Shah Killed Ghakkars and other Northern Punjabis in the past and invaded our lands this time it is more systematic and it seems Nadra is taking its part to make us a minority in our lands. Government must develop integration rules for every region like if you want to live in some region then adop local language and culture or else go back as just like Karachi many places of Pindi are becoming No Go regions and the irony is that new entrants actually call themselves Superiors and Aryans but want to live in Punjab and abuse us at the same time.

What a wonderful decision!. You are the head of NADRA and have family members who are foreign nationals. Would you stop seeing them and living with them?. Doesn nobody with brains ever actually reviews the decisions made by PML-N?. Not having contact with foreigners by NADRA employees would not achieve anything. What you need to do is to strengthen the processes already in place and worry about the weaknesses within the system that allowed people to get registered with NADRA without having any documentation whatsoever.

BIZARRE!! What is contact with foreigners have to do any thing with any thing??? What is this man smoking? How can you pass an edict like that? Is Pakistan a democracy that it thumps it's chest about or IS IT A DEMOCRACY OF THE FEW, BY THE FEW AND FOR THE FEW? BIZARRE!!!!

The Quetta passport office authorities are doing corruption and misusing their powers under the nose of Ministry of Interior. Chaudhary Nisar should also take notice of misconduct, or he is heading all this corruption.

What great news that FM Chaudhry Nisar is putting the fear of God in some unscrupulous criminals ... kudos to him and his team! So now we know why and how our arch enemy to the East is slithering its way into our borders and doing all sorts of damage to our country. One wonders how come such few employees were terminated for " issuing illegal Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs)." ?? There must be many more - this is just the tip of the iceberg friends. Let's pray more Ministries join in cleaning up the toxic waters and ridding our Federal Ministries of these corrupt to the core badmash.
