LAHORE, May 21: A Gulberg Town Municipal Administration team on Tuesday got a case registered under dengue regulations against owner of a juice outlet at Barkat Market for not adopting precautionary measures against the viral disease.

Officials said the team led by the town administrator (Model Town assistant commissioner) found accumulation of water and inadequate cleanliness arrangements near the juice outlet, conditions considered conducive for dengue mosquito breeding.

The TMA team got an FIR registered against the shop owner. The team also visited Ferozepur Road and removed encroachments. — Staff Reporter
