LAHORE, May 16: The interim committee of the Lahore City Cricket Association (LCCA) has decided to cancel trials for picking zonal teams of the association.

The trials were scheduled to be held from May 18 to 20.

According to a press release issued here on Thursday, the LCCA stated that the decision has been taken after the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has informed it that the interim was only imposed on the LCCA and not on its three affiliated zones.

So, the zones are independent in holding trials on their own.
