Pirah Siyal is a Civil Servant (BPS-17) serving in the Environment, Climate Change & Coastal Development Department, Government of Sindh, Pakistan. She is a published author and speaker at national and international forums, including UNFCCC and UNEP platforms. Her work focuses on environmental monitoring, pollution control, and bridging science and policy through evidence-based environmental action. She is passionate about advancing sustainable development and climate resilience. Pirah is also a member of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law (WCEL) (2026–2029), contributing to global efforts to strengthen environmental law, policy, and governance.
