Eman Arshad is a final-year International Relations student at the National Defence University, Islamabad. Her research interests span climate politics, traditional security, trade liberalization, and human rights. An active writer, she has published multiple articles on contemporary global affairs. Currently, her research focuses on global climate finance architecture and evaluating Pakistan’s institutional absorption capacity.
