There are some gang war groups operated by political parties under the nose of Law Enforcement Agencies. Every citizen has become their hostage and paying ransom (Bhatta) daily or monthly basis otherwise get ready for torture of family members. Every country has intelligence services departments for the security of their citizens but our intelligence dept. must be corrupt and sleeping until the death of last citizen in Karachi. What is the purpose of our ISI who is not aware of murders in the broad daylights, it is obvious if ISI is not sleeping it must be active in arranging assassinations through gang war groups for its ulterior motives very well known by the nation.
