The Urdu press is abuzz with the news that 2013 will be the year when, finally, the leading ladies of Pakistan’s film industry, Resham and Meera, will walk the altar because they have a decent number of rishtas to choose from. Yay!

While we sincerely hope, for quite a few reasons, that it happens there is a chance that it will turn out to be a shot in the dark as such reports base their stories on ‘sources’, and trust this writer, the sources that claim to be close to Resham and Meera can hardly be trusted.
