World Mental Health Day is an important day for raising awareness of these issues. So glad to see this article. I have written a book called Crochet Saved My Life, which is about how crafting and self-expression can help us in our healing process. I really wanted tohonor World Mental Health Day so the book is 30% off through the end of this weekend.

there are scarcity of food which is good for mentally ill people or medicines are too expensive which is not within reach of poor people.
