PESHAWAR: Four people were killed and one wounded during a firing incident in the Sherojangi area near Peshawar on Sunday, DawnNews reported.

According to police sources, two unknown bikers opened fire on Charsadda road targeting Jan Mohammad and his son. Both of them belonged to Mohmand Agency and died on the spot along with two other persons.

One wounded driver was admitted to the Lady Reading Hospital.

Police further said that explosives had also been planted to in the victim Jan Muhammad’s home earlier, but had been defused.
