TIMERGARA, Jan 19: The JUI-F, Lower Dir chapter, on Thursday announced to field its own candidates on all provincial and national assembly seats in the district during the next general election in case the MMA was not revived.

The decision was taken during a meeting held at Talash with party's district amir Qazi Fazlullah in thechair, participants told this reporter.

The meeting was attended by JUI-F activists and local leaders, sources said. It also announced to hold the 'Shiekh-ul-Hind' conference at Chakdara on Jan29.

The participants were informed that party workers from the entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would attend that conference which would be addressed by central and provincial leaders.Addressing the meeting, the JUI-F district amir Qazi Fazlullah Rughani said the party had decided to celebrate thisyearas the yearof 'Shiekh-ul-Hind' and the Jan 29 gathering would be its first event.

The meeting demanded of the religious parties to take serious measures for reviving the MMA. Party workers were asked to launch door to door campaign for mobilising masses to attend the conference.
