KARACHI: Lahore’s Yasir Butt leapfrogged ten places in the international rankings to the 62nd spot after a string of good performances in December.
Previously ranked number 95, Yasir’s victories in the Dayton Open, Memorial Florida State Open and PSA World Tour Challenger event, helped him secure the 62nd spot.
Danish Atlas Khan also improved his ranking by four places to reach the 83rd spot while Pakistan’s top player, Aamir Atlas Khan maintained his ranking at number 26 and Pakistan’s No 2 Farhan Mehboob also stayed at number 58.
