BALOCHISTAN: The Balochistan government has sent the arrest warrants for former president Pervez Musharraf, former premier Shaukat Aziz and of former chief minister Jam Yosuf in the Akbar Bugti killing case to the federal government, sources in the provincial home ministry told DawnNews.

A copy of the FIR was also sent along with the arrest warrants, sources said.

Earlier, a court in Quetta had issued the arrest warrants of the three.

Moreover, on November 1, Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court (BHC), Justice Qazi Faez Essa, had directed the authorities to repatriate the accused residing outside Pakistan.

The provincial government forwarded the arrest orders to the federal government on the BHC’s directives.
