ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Monday offered assistance including relief goods, medicines and doctors to help Turkish brethren cope with the devastating earthquake in Eastern Turkey.

Prime Minister Gilani in a message to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed sympathy and condolences on the destruction and loss of precious human lives caused by the earthquake.

Prime Minister Gilani said the people and Government of Pakistan stand in solidarity with their Turkish brethren.
