Representing Pakistan Army at the Games, Kiran was declared the best swimmer of the Games after winning gold in 12 individual events and three team relay events. Kiran’s outstanding performance was followed by that of her teammate Ghulam Sakina, who won ten medals (seven gold, three silver). The overall 33 medals and 468 points ensured Army’s supremacy of the pool.

Sindh were a distant second with 211 points and 19 medals, including five silver and 14 bronze. The dominant swimmers from Sindh included Rida Mitha (six medals), Aleesha Mitha (four medals) and Alina Haji (seven medals).

Third position in the women’s swimming event went to Wapda, who won a silver medal and four bronze medals, securing 104 points.
