ACQUIRING a CBRC has become a Herculean task in UC 98, Makkah Colony, Gulberg-3, Lahore. This is because the specific computerised form is not being provided by Nadra. What an irony that a few days ago an awareness campaign was launched in newspapers about the advantages of birth registration!
I request senior officials of Nadra to immediately provide the said forms to UC-98 to enable its residents to procure birth certificates at the earliest.

Birth certificate is a meaningless piece of paper. At the end of the day, every one will have to prove their origin and ethnicity to be able to stay in one of these four provinces.
