I had no problem receiving my MBA degree after I had left the university. I feel this was made possible because I had obtained clearance from all the libraries, hostel, hostel canteen, tuck shop and other respective departments of the university.

If any default has been committed by anyone and an NOC sort of document for contesting elections is requested by an individual from the SBP, FBR, Revenue Department and/or similar agencies/authorities, including the utility companies, I suggest the ECP should not have any objection to any candidate contesting the election.

This will also make the scrutiny process by the ECP easier and unbiased, rather than asking for the sources of income, details of expenses, overseas trips and the amounts paid as taxes.

The ECP does not have the time and resources to verify any such details. Loan defaulters, tax-evaders and other culprits would automatically be out of the election process as the NOC issuing authorities should be bound strictly to issue the NOCs only on the basis of track records of applicants.
